Getting a PT is something I always wanted to try but also always shied away from as I felt very self-conscious. Michael has been my PT for a while now and right at the beginning he made me feel very relaxed and brought enjoyment to training. He’s a true professional and knows the subject very well. I used Michael not long after I had a stroke and was not able to move well
In the last few months he has improved my balance back to normal and where I couldn’t do a single lunge I am now doing walking lunges with a ten kg sand bag on my back

I've been training with Michael over the last couple of years, continuing over zoom during lockdown which was great to keep up a routine. We've since continued to train over zoom as Michael and I were able to fit around my busy schedule. He always tailors the sessions after listening to me so we work around an injury or destress after a stressful day. Highly recommend!

The original 2 month rehab plan in 2019 ended up becoming a regular PT on a weekly basis for 3+ years because of many reasons - Firstly, Michael is great at what he does and it comes through in his training approach. Secondly, a great heath and muscular benefit for me have him as a professional guiding me with the know how regularly, including boxing sessions. Michael is a great person to work with, he's patient with me and knows my body structure really well to know how much to push and when to change tactics. He's also very sociable which makes our sessions extremely fun.
What an amazing personal trainer Michael is! Honestly he saved me mentally and physically. When i went to Michael with my problems he tailored our sessions to meet my exact requirements. He pretty much fixed what damage years of bad posture did to my body. Within a month i was feeling like a new person. Less pain, more energy and what was most important to me was more core strength. This gave my lower back the rest it needed after being overworked for so many years because of my bad posture. Michael spotted everything that was misaligned and like the PT wizard he truly is, he fixed me right up! I cant thank you enough Michael.
Michael is a great personal trainer. Before I started working with Michael I lacked my overall strength. I was in pain as I suffered from sciatic pain on and off for a few years. After a few months I could lift more and gained more muscle tone. My posture also improved and I was in less pain as he taught me how to stretch correctly in order to release the pain. Thx you.
Would highly recommend Michael I done pad work with him for 6 months really improved my fitness and sharpness! Also help with stretching as I had sciatica! Also gave great nutrition advice. Highly recommend Michael to anyone of any level 👌

Michael Booth was my personal trainer for several years, who I found to be excellent. He was excellent in terms of setting up bespoke training sessions and targeting my problematic muscle groups, e.g. my glutes and Upper leg area in particular. I had issues with excessive stiffness and recurring lower rear problems (glutes), which Michael coached me through with skill and knowledge. He also encouraged me to take up pilates classes to reduce my muscle tightness. This actually Worked very well. We did a lot of boxercise work which I found very challenging initially, but I saw the benefits after a short space of time. Lastly, he also helped me with nutrition by supplying me with high-quality energy shakes and vitamin tablets.
